Do you provide samples? Who do I contact?

Contact an HCSC representative and they can provide free samples and schedule a time to see if Sleep Lab Linen is good fit for you and your patient’s needs.

What sizes or colors do you offer?

HCSC offers Twin, Full, and Queen size sleep lab linen. The pillow cases, washcloths, towels, and sheets are Bone color. We do offer multiple colors in spreads.

Where are they laundered and how often?

HCSC has 5 processing plants throughout the northeast. Your processing plant depends on your hospital’s location. As soon as a sleep study has concluded, the soiled linen is picked up by an HCSC associate. Once it has been transported to the processing plant, the linen is hygienically laundered and returned to you ready to serve the next patient. This process takes 48hrs from the time the soiled linen is picked up.

I have been involved in hospital operations and supply chain management for nearly 40 years. In that time, the variation in quality and reliability of laundry and linen services has been problematic, leading to considerable time and effort in mitigating problems.  Our experience since converting to HCSC for all of our hospitals has been one of highest quality and most consistent reliability, with the highest satisfaction levels that we’ve seen among our internal customers, and with minimal need for intervention.
