HCSC has always been a trusted institution who works thoroughly with Doylestown Hospital on all strategies in improving adequate linen usage to prevent loss and waste for patient care. From the drivers, to the associates who work inside the plant, and to the service reps - everyone pulls together in helping to get our hospital the linen we need in a timely manner. At our most critical time during the pandemic, HCSC provided Grand View Hospital with the additional linen, scrubs and laundering we so desperately needed. Your ability to work with us and meet our urgent needs permitted our employees to safely deliver patient care - not only at our hospital, but out in our community as well. I have been involved in hospital operations and supply chain management for nearly 40 years. In that time, the variation in quality and reliability of laundry and linen services has been problematic, leading to considerable time and effort in mitigating problems.  Our experience since converting to HCSC for all of our hospitals has been one of highest quality and most consistent reliability, with the highest satisfaction levels that we’ve seen among our internal customers, and with minimal need for intervention.

On the rare occasions that we have an emergent need, we can always count on HCSC staff to provide a quick solution, even if that requires them to make an after-hours or unscheduled trip to our facility. They never say ‘no’.
