However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.

The Company ultimately upholds an individual’s rights to pursue legally-enforceable remedies where a data collector and/or processor fails to adhere to applicable law.

In addition to the foregoing, we may use Information, including, but not limited to, PII, to:

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third-party links on our Website or integrate the Website with third-party applications. Accessing and Correcting Your Information

We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
As noted above, residents of certain states, such as California, Nevada, Colorado, Virginia, and Utah may have additional personal information rights and choices.
Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. If and where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Website like message boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Website.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. The Website is intended to be used only by users who have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside (which in most states is 18 years old) or who have reached the age of 16 and have the permission of a legal guardian (e.g., a parent) to use the Website.
